AIA3.0: Error While Applying Patch 9717829 (Doc ID 1165335.1)

Not able to apply the patch 9717829 after successful installation of AIA on SOA suite on top on Weblogic 10.3.3.

Seeing this error message when trying to apply the patch:

ApplySession adding interim patch '9717829' to inventory

Verifying the update...
Inventory check OK: Patch ID 9717829 is registered in Oracle Home inventory with proper meta-data.
Files check OK: Files from Patch ID 9717829 are present in Oracle Home.
Execution of 'sh /u01/Installers/OFM11g/9717829/custom/scripts/post -apply 9717829 ':
