Order2bill Sales Order Are Not Consumed From Queue. (Doc ID 1273037.1)

Symptoms

AIA Comms 2.5, intermittent issue is seen, when submiting an order from Siebel using the Order to Bill PIP, the consumer is not retreiving the messages.
It happened two days in a row but no apparent cause.

In the logs find an warning that seems to occur several times every minute: Transaction has been marked for rollback: Timed out

Also detected several exceptions: Add message failed with an excaeption BusinessEvent diapatch failed for {AIASystem.Siebel.ProcessSalesOrderFulfillmentSiebelCommsSequencer.execute} with error An unhandled exception has been thrown in the ESB system. The exception reported is: "javax.transaction.RollbackException: Transaction has been marked for rollback: Timed out

ERRJMS_UNEXPECTED_TYPE.
Received a JMS Text message, while expecting to receive a JMS Bytes message.
Please examine the log file to determine the problem.

After restarting the services all messages are consumed and processed correctly.
This flow has been working without this problems for several weeks. No changes made to the Order consumer in AIA.
