Lead To Order CRM OD To EBusiness Suite Install Fails

When attempting to installing PIP Lead to Order CRM OD to EBS and the configuration agent fails. Reviewing the log files from <AIA_HOME>/log/Install/PIPS there is no apparent error which causes the install to fail.
Looking at the <AIA_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/oui/installActions<Date and time>.log file the following can be seen near the end of it:
