On : AIA O2B 2.4 version, AIA Comm PI for Order Mgmnt
In customer environment where they are testing higher load of sales orders coming from Siebel (up to 10k) that some messages, which are in internal AIA queues are not processed.
see sample view from table aia_crtbo_out_qtab. They have similar problem with aq table aia_crtcust_out_qtab as well.
They tried to play with ESB consumer by disabling and enabling consumer through ESB console to "wake" up listeners, however it is not to the ultimate answer to the problem. Although it sometimes helps to "restart" dequeue operation, but it always leaves some messages unprocessed. Even restart of server, is not helping in these cases.
In logs are not shown any obvious errors related to this problem.
They are running AIA Comms 2.4 Order to Bill with all required patches from doc
Some messages are getting stuck in JMS AQs for billing part. namely in those two:
