AIA Install Failing When SOA Is Installed On NFS Mounted File System

When attempting to install AIA 2.5 over OAS on an NFS mounted File System.  The following error appears at BPEL Deploy of AIAAsyncErrorHandlingBPELProcess:


undefined part element.
In WSDL at "file:/u01/CRMalpha2/soaapa10/app/oas10g/bpel/domains/default/tmp/.bpel_AIAAsyncErrorHandlingBPELProcess_1.0_8645a1d36995bfa25e4415941d350693.tmp/AIAAsyncErrorHandlingBPELProcess.wsdl", message part element "{}Fault" is not defined in any of the schemas.
Please make sure the spelling of the element QName is correct and the WSDL import is complete.
