Invoice adjustment header does not receive amount due, because of incorrectly named source field ("Due Amount" instead of "Amount Due") - the "Create Invoice Header" step, wfp:"CMUInvoiceAdjustmentWF" (Doc ID 1339974.1)

The invoice header, creating in Siebel CRM, when call center agent makes Adjustment record for an Invoice (a Billed Item) from BRM,  does not receive the total amount due.

The Invoice and Adjustment creation completes without error in Siebel CRM.

The sample navigation path in Siebel Client to create an adjustment record and reproduce
the behavior is below:

1) Navigate: Site Map > Accounts and select the account record
(the "SIS Account Entry Applet" applet of the "SIS OM Customer Account Portal View" view)

2) Navigate: Billing Account Explorer and drill down on the account record (shown as "billing account")
(the "Com Account Invoice Explorer List Applet" applet of the "Com Invoice Explorer View" view)

3) Drill down on the Billing Profile
(the "CMU Com Invoice Profile List Applet" applet of the "Com Account Invoice Profile View (Invoice)" view )

4) Drill down on the Bill Item
(the "CMU Invoice List Applet" applet of the "CMU Billing Invoice View" view)

5) Click the "Adjust" button (the "CMU Invoice Form Applet" applet of the "CMU Billed Usage Details View" view)

6) The created adjustment record is displayed (header and items)
the "Amount Due" field of the adjustment header will contain the "Amount Due" of the Bill and it is expected.

7) However "Total Amount" of the Invoice, linked to this Adjustment will not receive the "Amount Due" of the Bill, which may be seen is not so critical, but remains unexpected as per design.

 Note: To display the invoice header, one need to:

7.1) Mark (e.g. copy into clipboard) the value of "Invoice #" field shown on the adjustment header
(the "CMU Invoice Form Applet" applet of the "CMU Billed Usage Details View" view)


7.2) Navigate: Site Map > Invoices and select the Invoice record, marked at step 7.1
(the "FS All Invoices List Applet" of the "FS All Invoices View" view)


7.3) Verify, that the "Invoice Amount" field (also displayed on other applets as "Total Charges" or "Total Amount")

is not populated (is empty or 0) with the "Amount Due" from Bill Item (received from BRM). And this is not expected.
