=== ODM Issue Clarification ===

When new order created in E1 in Status 10 and parts list and routing are NOT attached to workorder, the order order is not collected into ASCP even though it is in the WorkOrders.xml file. Orders in this state must be added and planned in ASCP to prevent new recommendations from being generated in ASCP and causing double the needed supply.

When orders are in status 45 in JDE and all components have been issued to workorder, the material requirements for components show in ASCP as still being needed. The work order demands should not be created for components which have been fully issued. It appears the xml is incorrect and remainingqty field show the full requirment value. When fully issue, the remaining quantiy field should be 0 or component should not be shown in workorder xml. This issue is overstating the component requirements leading to incorrect recommendations to order more supply.
