On AIA 11.1 Comms O2C PIP(non-cluster) in a linux environment while invoking any service hit error "Missing class: oracle.apps.aia.core.xpath.AIAFunctions"

An error occurs while processing the XPath expression; the expression is aia:getAIALocalizedString('Telco/ProductLifeCycle','PRODUCT_CLASS_MESSAGE',bpws:getVariableData("ProductNodeSet")).
The XPath expression failed to execute; the reason was: Extension function error: Class not found '
