Communications (Comms) Process Integration Pack (PIP): Unable to dequeue data from Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Queue AQ_QUEUE "JCA-11975"

Application Integration Architecture (AIA) - 11.1.1.x (where x is >= 5)

After the deployment and Implementation of Comms PIP,

Current Behavior:

When products are crated in BRM , No flow gets initiated and no Services of the PIP are triggered,

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) server logs shows the following error message-

Error persisting Composite configuration.; nested exception is:
java.lang.Exception: Deployment Failed: [JCABinding] [SyncProductInfoChangeBRMAQ.SyncProductInfoChangeBRMAQ/1.0]Unable to complete initialization due to: Endpoint Activation Error.
AdapterFrameworkImpl::endpointActivation - Endpoint Activation Error.
The Resource Adapter AQ Adapter was unable to activate the endpoint{Correlation=ProductInfoChange, QueueName=AQ_QUEUE, DatabaseSchema=pin, SchemaValidation=false} due to the following reason: BINDING.JCA-11975
Unable to obtain queue table name.
Queue does not exist or not defined correctly.
Drop and re-create queue.
