AIA Email Notification Fails To Notify User (Doc ID 1451978.1)

Symptoms

Email notification is not received from AIA Error Handling framework. No apparent error is detected in the WLS server log.

Setting the "oracle.aia" and "SDPMessaging" logging level to "FINEST" level, showed how the email notification process was broken:

ENTRY Status[Message ID = ...; Gateway Message ID = null; Type = ENGINE_PROCESSING_FAILURE; Address = USER:AIAIntegrationAdmin; Recipient = null; Date = ...; Reporting Driver = null; Content = User could not be resolved to device addresses. Please see the log file for details.] ...

Exception occurred while resolving user AIAIntegrationAdmin to device addresses. Skipping delivery to this user.[[

 

 

Changes

 The standard AIA Error Handling setup was performed to make the "AIAIntegrationAdmin" user be notified on error in a AIA composite
