Missing AIA Security Policies from Foundation Pack Installation on Windows Platform

Information in this document applies to any platform.


AIA Foundation Pack install on Windows platform.
The AIA security policies are not imported because of an error in the Configuration stage.

In FPInstallDP_Configurations_<Datetime>.log, the following is seen

     [exec] SEVERE: WSM-01605 XML parser exception
     [exec] org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed in prolog.
     [exec]     at com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.util.ErrorHandlerWrapper.createSAXParseException(ErrorHandlerWrapper.java:195)
     [exec]     at com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.util.ErrorHandlerWrapper.fatalError(ErrorHandlerWrapper.java:174)
     [exec]     at com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.XMLErrorReporter.reportError(XMLErrorReporter.java:388)
     [exec]     at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Method.java:597)
     [exec]     at weblogic.WLST.main(WLST.java:29)
     [exec] WSM-15022 : Exception occured during unmarshalling.
     [exec] ERROR:  The policy reference "oracle/aia_wss_saml_or_username_token_service_policy_OPT_ON" is invalid.
     [exec] The policy set AIA_ABCS_WSServicePolicySet is invalid and will be disabled.
     [exec] Creating policy set AIA_ABCS_WSServicePolicySet in repository.



In addition, can verify in the EM Console that the following Policies doesn't exist.

Navigation: EM Console > Weblogic Domain > Right Click on (Domain Name) > Webservices > Policies

Search with Applies To set as "All", and using the Key *aia*
