Symptoms

Following error will be observed in Siebel Client, when one need to produce WSDL file for a (inbound or outbond) Web Service, by clicking the "Generate WSDL" button wone on the Inbound or Outbound Web Service Administration view:

Example: Outbond Web Service "SWISubmitOrder" of the Siebel ACR 474 delivery, used in various AIA Prepackaged Integration Processes for submission an Order from Siebel CRM Applicaiton to AIA Middleware:
