ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. When attempting to submit Sales Order from Siebel, As per implementation guide, the ProcessSalesOrderFulfillmentSiebelCommsReqABCSImpl has to call CommunicationsSalesOrder EBS

BUT, see the following behavior

a. ProcessSalesOrderFulfillmentSiebelCommsReqABCSImpl is shown as INVOKED and COMPLETED, No link to gather the Raw Audit

b. CommunicationsSalesOrder EBS is not being called from the ProcessSalesOrderFulfillmentSiebelCommsReqABCSImpl

2. Interfacing Orders to Create Customer Data in Oracle BRM, As per Implementation Guide, The CommsProcessFulfillmentOrderBillingAccountListEBF extracts the relevant customer data (ProcessBillingAccountListEBM) and routes it to CommsProcessBillingAccountListEBF

BUT, See the Following Behavior
a. CommsProcessFulfillmentOrderBillingAccountListEBF shows as Invoked and The Raw audit shows that it is waiting "On Message" event

Manual Invocation of the Individual services works fine..

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should see the services being invoked as per the Implementation Guide.
1. CommunicationsSalesOrder EBS should be called from ProcessSalesOrderFulfillmentSiebelCommsReqABCSImpl

2. CommsProcessFulfillmentOrderBillingAccountListEBF has to route to CommsProcessBillingAccountListEBF


BUSINESS IMPACT
