AIA PIP 11.4 Deployment Configuration Wizard (DCW) Fails While Doing AgiletoSAP Import Seeddata (Doc ID 1550282.1)

AIA PIP 11.4 - Agie to SAP Design to release 11.2
SAP 4.7

Running Configuration Wizard, it is failing on "Configuration Process" step with "AgileToSAP Import Seeddata" in UI.

1. Installer log has following error
