Symptoms
During merge in UCM when the victim is selected in the top applet and survivor in the buttom of the UCM screen they observe a party uid swap between the victim and survivor
i.e after the merge,survivor's party uid is changed to that of the victim. Most importantly MW gets transformation error most of the time.
