In a Cluster, AIA Deployment Script (AID) Fails with Error "java.io.IOException" when First Managed Server in the List is Down (Doc ID 1597254.1)

Symptoms

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) 11.1.1.x + Application Integration Architecture (AIA) Foundation Pack (FP) 11.1.1.x (Where x is 5 to 7)

Current Behavior: In a SOA Cluster where AIA is installed, When One of the managed server Node in the Cluster is down, Randomly the Following error is seen

[UpdateDeployedComposites] Connecting to:
service:jmx:t3://<Admin Host>:<Admin Port>/jndi/weblogic.management.mbeanservers.domainruntime
[UpdateDeployedComposites] Connecting to:service:jmx:t3://<SOA Managed Server Host that is Down>:<SOA Port>/jndi/weblogic.management.mbeanservers.runtime

BUILD FAILED
/app/oracle/aia/Infrastructure/Install/AID/AIAExecuteDriver.xml:117: The following error occurred while executing this line:
/app/oracle/aia/Infrastructure/Install/AID/AIAExecuteDriver.xml:61:java.io.IOException

Expected Behavior: Since it is a Cluster, even if one of the Node is down the Deployment shouldn't fail with the above error
