Subject Flow Fails when AIASessionPoolManager Reaches its Session Token Limit (Doc ID 1612777.1)

When attempting to updating clinical study, the following error occurs.

Error on AIASessionPoolManager.bpel: Operation=Get. SessionPoolHost.getSession(SEBLCLIN_01,193702): SessionPoolHost.getSessionFromServer() failed for HostId: SEBLCLIN_01. The pool has reached its max size.. java.lang.Throwable: The pool is maxed out and all sessions are in use.
