Symptoms

On : 11.3 version, AIA Comm PI for Order Mgmnt
When both the nodes are up, JMS Adapter is able to produce messages in queue but meanwhile if any of the server is brought down, some of the producer BPEL processes are failing to produce messages to JMS Queue.

Composite Failed in the incident: ProcessFulfillmentOrderBillingResponseOSMCFSCommsJMSProducer
Unable to produce message in Queue: jms/aia/AIA_UPDCUST_IN_JMSQ
