On : 1.0 version, Product Sync

Item Creation and Item Updates are not being integrated to Siebel. No BPEL instances are getting created.

Expects item creation/updates to reach Siebel.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and update items in Ebiz
2. Check Siebel to see if they make it there
