In Performance Testing . all the orders fail at Sync Customer task in during Query Customer in Siebel CRM using the BPEL QueryCustomerPartyListSiebelProvABCSImplV2 with the error

AIA_ERR_AIAO2C2_1006 Account could not be queried

Step to Reproduced
+++++++++++++++++++
1. Create 1000 Orders in Siebel
2. Initiate Bulkload for the Fulfillment Order flow (Performance Test scenario)
3. QueryCustomerPartyListSiebelProvABCSImplV2 is initiated and makes a call to Siebel and fails with the error

Business Impact

In Production, where many orders initiate, this issue will occur
