Foundation Pack 11.1.1.7.0 Installation Using Silent/Response file error connecting to server createGroup.py (Doc ID 1904613.1)

Symptoms

Customer is using the silent install option for installing Foundation Pack 11.1.1.7. The Response file contains password in plain text, i.e non encryted.  The FPInstallDP_Configuration_YYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS.log shows:

Using encypted password in the Response file completes successfully.
