Trouble ticket creation in Siebel Fails , the service CreateTroubleTicketSiebelCommsProvABCSImplProcess fails with the Error
Date time format string '2014-06-05 07:41:55.0Z' is invalid.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Make the flow that involves the SyncCustomerPartyListBRMCommsProvABCSImpl fails with Binding fault
2. AIAOrderFalloutJMSBridgeService gets initiated to create Trouble ticket in Siebel > invokes the CreateTroubleTicketSiebelCommsProvABCSImplProcess
3. This Service CreateTroubleTicketSiebelCommsProvABCSImplProcess fails with the error and Trouble ticket is not created
