Agile Java Client - Cannot Connect To SOA - "Default Provider URL"

On : 11.1 version, ECO SERVICE

When attempting to configure Agile Java Client to connect to "Default Proivder URL" for SOA., the following error occurs.

The remote server returns the following error message: null.

In this instance F5 (Big IP) was being used as the load balancer for the SOA Managered Servers.
Customer is trying to connect from Agile running weblogic to SOA via t3 protocol.

Customer tried to connect using from agile to the SOA Managed Server using hostname's, VIP's and pointing directly at the load balancer. All failed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Java Client
2. Navigate to: Settings->System Settings->Agile Content Service->Destinations
3. Provide the value for "Default Provider URL"
4. Save the settings
5. Click the Test Destination icon.
6. Receive the error as documented
