Symptoms

On : 3.1.1 version, Installation (O2C)

When attempting to restart the SOA Server and for number of composites,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Generic error.
Cause: Unable to find suitable inbound binding. This typically indicates that the there are more than one candiate operation in the WSDL. Please specify the specific targeted operation by specifying an operation attribute in the Service element.
Please create a Service Request with Oracle Support.
