Last updated on JANUARY 03, 2023

Applies to:

Agile Product Lifecycle Management Integration Pack for SAP: Design to Release - Version 11.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Change number released with 40 SKUs and each SKU has got 25 branch plants, totally 1000 affected items released from Agile to SAP processed in 90 minutes which is huge amount of time and causing the other change numbers in pending status in PIP Queue.

Detailed Description - AIA PIP receives ABM from Agile and transform it into ItemEBM and then processes 1000 affected items in a while loop which is sequential execution which is causing the delays.
CreateEngineeringChangeOrderListEBF composite has while loop which calls SAP ProviderABCS composites for each item in a while loop i.e. sequential execution.

Expected solution - Is there any way to achieve performance improvement by implementing parallel flows in EBF composite? or any other configuration changes which improves the performance.
