Contacts Are Not Getting Cleansed In UCM When They Are Sent As Part Of Account From EBIZ And CRM (Doc ID 2031351.1)

Symptoms

Contacts are not getting cleansed in UCM when they are sent as part of Account from Oracle E-Business Suite and Siebel CRM in an MDM PIP Integration. We expect contacts also to get cleansed along with Account and Address when middleware calls UCM Service. We don’t have issue with Account and Address, issue is only with contact.

Steps:
1) Create An Account in Siebel CRM or in Oracle E-Business suite
2) Add one or more contacts

Issue: We see the contacts are not getting cleansed in UCM Application, only Accounts and addresses are getting cleansed.

Expected Result: We need contacts also to be cleansed in this flow.
