E1 - VCP: With ATP Rules setup R34A1000 UBE Extract Is Failing With Error JDB9900418 - Failed to find requested column ATPD in the table (Doc ID 2056734.1)

Issue in E1: 9.1 - T.R:
Application: R34A1000 (VCP Outbound processor) / R34A1010 (Base Package)

After setting up ATP Rules, R34A1000 UBE Extract is Failing with the following Error

JDB9900418 - Failed to find requested column ATPD in the table

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an ATP rule GN_ATP (P34A210)

2. Create an item GN-IMI1 & assign ATP rule in item master --> Addition system info --> Supply Chain Planning tab

3. Set the processing options & data selection for R34A1010 - Base package

4. Set the processing options for R34A1000 - VCP outbound processor

5. Run R34A1000 & verify that UBE failed without error details
