Goal

Ran into errors when attempting to deploy the Oracle Process Integration Pack for Oracle Utilities Field Work (FWPIP) v12c on Oracle Linux 6.7. When the soa_server1 is restarted by the deployment process, SOA SERVER state went to "FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE".
