Application Integration Architecture (AIA) Order to Cash - Siebel - Ebusiness Suite PIP 3.1
When attempting to sync the updates of the Customer/Account from Siebel to Ebusiness Suite the following error occurs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create Customer in Ebiz in a Specific Operating Unit
2. Sync customer data From Ebusiness Suite to Siebel
3. Modify the Customer Address in Siebel
4. Sync the Updated Customer back from Siebel to Ebiz, The flow fails with the error noted above.
BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with customer sync in bi-direction as the PIP offers.
