Symptoms

Customer MDM PIP - Siebel CRM Spoke 11.x

Current Behavior
After Syncing a Customer from Siebel CRM to UCM, the Addresss Name in Siebel is getting updated with a incorrect value

Expected Behavior
After Syncing a Customer from Siebel CRM to UCM, Address Name field should be consistent in both applications.

Additional Information:
There is no mapping for this field in AIA layer. However, while sending response back to Siebel, this value is getting that from the XREF, based on the Account ID, this is incorrect.
