Application Integration Architecture (AIA) Foundation Pack 11.1.1.7
Communications (Comms) O2C PIP 11.x (Where x is 3 or 4)

Current Behavior:
Sales Orders from Siebel fail with the following error intermittently in the Service ProcessFulfillmentOrderBillingBRMCommsAddSubProcess while invoking Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Opcode PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER

Exception occured during invocation of JCA binding: "JCA Binding execute of Reference operation 'PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER' failed due to: Location=FM ErrMsg=ERR_BAD_VALUE ErrStr=ERR_BAD_VALUE Field=PIN_FLD_SERVICES RecID=150995066.
".
The invoked JCA adapter raised a resource exception.
Please examine the above error message carefully to determine a resolution.

Additional Information:
Re-submitting the same failed message from the AIA_CRTBO_OUT_JMSQ_ErrorQ without any change succeeds in the second attempt.

Expected Behavior:
Sales Orders shouldn't fail when all the information passed correctly.
