You have 2 working instances... but now ....

When running the JDE-VCP integration for the first time in a new instance you have a problem.

Problem Description
We have an ASCP setup, which pulls data from JDEdwards E1 through PIP
While invoking "Collect Planning Data" concurrent manager Job, its failing with the below error

Start of log messages from FND_FILE
Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: APP-FND-02901: You do not have access privilege to any operating unit. Please check if your profile option MO: Security Profile includes any operating unit or the profile option MO: Operating Unit is set. has been detected in MO_GLOBAL.INIT.

End of log messages from FND_FILE

We do not see any scenario's for jobs being invoked in ODI, which makes us assume, there could be an issue with ASCP talking to PIP.
