Symptoms

On : COMMS PIP, 11.3 version

When attempting to sync order fallout information from OSM to Siebel, the following error occurs.

java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.apps.aia.core.eh.InvokeBusinessErrorHandler.process(InvokeBusinessErrorHandler.java:30)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order fails in BRM and is passed to OSM through SAF agent.
2. Consume the order fallout message through CreateFaultNotificationLFCommsJMSConsumer

Due to this issue, users cannot transfer order fallout information from OSM to Siebel to create trouble tickets.
