AIA 12.2 Configuration Failed on the WebLogic Details Section

Symptoms
On Oracle Application Integration Architecture for Communications (AIA) 12.2 version:
PROBLEM SCENARIO
-----------------------
An user installed WebLogic and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) 12.2.1.2.0 and AIA 12.2, and ran the configuration wizard of AIA (by running run_config.sh) for installing and configuring the Process Integration Packs (PIPs).
On the Weblogic Details section, the Configuration Wizard was not accepting the WebLogic Hostname and threw error.
