MWM - Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management

MDS - Oracle Metadata Service
EM - Enterprise Manager

We have CCB-PIP-MWM integrated environments at various levels. We are having to refresh CCB & MWM databases from upper environments like PRODUCTION to lower environments like TEST, UAT, DEV etc. Since PIP keeps track of FA IDs created by both MWM & CCB, we would like to refresh PIP database from upper environments to lower environments.
