FA Completion on MWM not reaching CCB

MWM Version :
CCB Version :

FA is getting created in CCB and the system is getting external ID. The corresponding activity is being created on MWM. When the completion is sent from MWM, it is failing in CCB and FA remains in pending status. Error seen in FWPIP and on CCB is:
