Cleanup Messages In AIAJMSModule Error Queue (Doc ID 2412804.1)

LAst year, customer upgraded CCB, MWM, SOA, and FWPIP.  Customer has a process to look at the AIA JMS Modules in WebLogic when there are issues and to retry failed messages. Today, the CCB and MWM error queues have the following numbers:

For CCB:
Services > Messaging > JMS Module > AIAJMSModule > AIA_OUCCBWorkOrderJMSQueue_ErrorQ

AIAJMSModule!AIAJMSServer_auto_1@AIA_OUCCBWorkOrderJMSQueue_ErrorQ 84042
AIAJMSModule!AIAJMSServer_auto_2@AIA_OUCCBWorkOrderJMSQueue_ErrorQ 71709

For MWM:

Customer would like to clean these items from the queue. What is the best way to remove (archived or delete) these items?  Customer does not want to retry these as the older transaction may cause more harm than good.
