Goal

This is a new installation of Oracle Process Integration Pack for Oracle Utilities Field Work (FWPIP) 12c, with existing installations of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM). This is a test environment.

New Service Point (SP) types have been configured in the M2-ServicePointType Extendable Lookup. The FS_Order_ServiceTypeCode dvm also has been updated with the values.

Attempted to create a Field Activity in CCB to feed to MWM, FWPIP then throws error "Input request field Service Point Type has an invalid value. Invalid Extended Lookup value ABC. Valid value are for BO M2-ServicePointType (e.g. ...)"

We have tried every SP type configured so far with the same result.

This was working with the previous version of FWPIP 3.11 installed. 12c was installed new, not upgraded.
