Some intermittent change or transfer orders are unable to move from Agile to PIP. They may receive a generic error message for the ATO:
The error information is generic and does not point to the actual issue.
After failure, performed the following:
1) Clear outbound tables
2) Reset Agile Content Service/Destination
3) Rewind and Re-Release change order
4) Change order makes it to the outbound tables with ATO
5) Transfer fails with the message above
6) Agile Content Service/Destination status = Failure
After performing these steps, other (some larger) change orders can proceed to destination PIP server.
