On : 12.2.7 version, JDE-VCP Data Collections in Production instance
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The component usages for all BOM components is getting rounded to integer quantities.
Due to this the component requirements are all wrong.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the component requirements are collected the way they are setup in source.
Decimal quantities should not be rounded off.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the application.
2. Run the JDE-VCP data collections.
3. See the above issue.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the independent demands and supplies are wrong rendering the plan non-usable.

Recently upgraded to VCP 12.2.7 with ODI 12.2.1.0.0
