Goal

On Oracle Application Integration Architecture (Oracle AIA) Oracle Communications Order to Cash Integration Pack 12.2.1, UpdateSalesOrderSiebelCommsProvABCSImpl service is going to Running state intermittently.

This issue is observed only in a single environment, it's working in other environments. Below is the error thrown by the service.

Here, this endpoint is picked from AIA Service Configuration file. It works properly most of the times, but throws error intermittently.

We have compared the AIA Service Configuration file with other environments and observed that the environment where the issue is coming intermittently is using https to connect with Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM), where as other environments are using http.

Can this be a possible reason?
