• Siebel CRM Integration Pack for Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management: Agent Assisted Billing Care

This is a one-time activity for an AIA installation.

Purpose

This knowledge article provides detailed steps to upgrade Oracle Communication AIA from 12.2.1 to Oracle Communications AIA 12.3.
Please refer to “Application Integration Architecture Installation Guide” section “Upgrading to Oracle AIA” for any other upgrade information.

Scope

This will reconfigure the Oracle Communications AIA 12.2.1 domain and upgrade the existing AIA 12.2.1 installation to Oracle Communications AIA 12.3. No need for fresh installation of Oracle Communications AIA 12.3.
