AIA Can Not Send Siebel Order To OSM COM (Doc ID 3015272.1)

Goal

AIA can not send Siebel order to OSM COM and  seeing issue from Oracle Communications Application Integration Architecture (AIA) (in RODOD implementation). The issue is that AIA is not able to send received Siebel sales order to Order and Service Management(OSM) COM, or say not order message is being forwarded from AIA's jms/aia/AIA_CRTFO_IN_JMSQ to OSM COM. Below are some error  seeing from AIA server log file:
