Product Data Is Not Synchronized From E-Business Suite To Siebel CRM On-Demand (Doc ID 549035.1)

Symptoms

Product data is not synchronized from E-Business Suite to Siebel CRM On-Demand. Other entities
synchronization is working fine.
Noticed that the BPEL processes are active and their subscription to the Business Events in EBS
looks fine. However, no BPEL instances are kicked off (BatchLoadItemEbizEventConsumer).  Steps to create product in EBS are:

- login as INV super user.
- Choose Items
- Choose Master Items
- Choose Org Master
- Enter Item Name and Description
- Choose Tools-> Copy from template
- user Order Manager and set Customer Ordered and Customer Ordered Enabled.
