Symptoms

Not able to map a consumer group to a client program using Grid Control.
"No mappings Specified" is still seen on the "Consumer Group Mappings" page.
Steps to reproduce this problem is as follows:

Navigate to Consumer Group Mappings page
Select "Client Program"
Click on Add Rule for selected Type
Choose "Developer Group" from the Selected Consumer Group drop down menu
Add "SQL DEVELOPER" to the Selected Client Program
Click ok
"No Mapping Specified" is still seen for "Client Program" on the Consumer Group Mappings page
When you click on the "Show SQL" button, the following message appears:
"You have not made any changes to the current property sheet"

If you check the dba_rsrc_group_mappings table you will see no mapping made for the "Client Program":

ATTRIBUTE VALUE CONSUMER_GROUP STATUS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ORACLE_USER ADM SYS_GROUP
ORACLE_USER DBSNMP SYS_GROUP
ORACLE_USER SYS SYS_GROUP
ORACLE_USER SYSTEM SYS_GROUP
MODULE_NAME DBMS_SCHEDULER BATCH_GROUP
