OMS Upload to Repository: Invalid 'Count of Targets Not Uploading Exceeded the Critical Threshold' Alerts are Raised With 10.2.0.5 OMS Though Data Upload is Fine (Doc ID 1071856.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the Enterprise Manager Grid Control OMS to 10.2.0.5.0, several alerts regarding "Count of targets not uploading exceeded the critical threshold" are raised intermittently even though those targets are successfully uploading data.

- The Enterprise Manager diagnostics kit, EMDiag also lists several targets under the section "Targets not uploading any data"
- There are no errors in either the Agent or OMS logs regarding the upload of metric data.
- The value of LAST_LOAD_TIMESTAMP in MGMT_TARGETS_LOAD_TIMES for some targets is not being updated despite successful uploads of metric data.

Changes

OMS was recently upgraded to version 10.2.0.5.0
