Symptoms

Using the Reorganize Objects wizard in Enterprise Manager fails with the following errors.

ORA-06520: PL/SQL: Error loading external library
ORA-06522: I/O error mapping in '/oracle/ora102e/db10204/lib/libnmuc.so'.
ORA-06512: at "SYSTEM.MGMT$REORG_MOVELONGCOMMAND", line 1
ORA-06512: at line 19

Changes

Reorganizing a table that contains a LONG column for the first time, so must configure the listener to support external procedure calls through MGMT$REORG_MOVELONGCOMMAND.
