Symptoms
1. Symptom in 10.2.0.5.x Grid Control
The OMS restarts and reports the below in OMS ORACLE_HOME/sysman/log/emoms.trc:
As per the above, HealthMonitor thread re-started the OMS as the XMLLoader had timed out when attempting to load an xml file named 50000000051.xml file, into the repository database.
2. Symptom in 11.1.0.1.x Grid Control
Logging into Grid Control application webpage hangs.
