Requests to the AD4J Console do not Return any Pages or Errors. (Doc ID 1080945.1)

When accessing AD4J console no pages are being returned to the browser and no errors are being logged. Also the file, accesslog.txt is showing a successful response but a dash for the bytes returned, for example,

"GET /index.jsp HTTP/1.1" 200 -

The 200 is the response code which is a success status and the dash should indicate the number of bytes returned.
