Symptoms
Metric response metric for the target Beacon is returning missing properties for the target. Error will be something like:
<HOSTNAME>_beacon , Metric Collection Error
where "<HOSTNAME>_beacon" is an example of the target name.
It is also possible that there will be no error, but that the service shows in status Pending.
